Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Covid-19 pandēmijas ietekme uz iedzīvotāju ienākumu nevienlīdzību un tās mazināšanas iespējas”. Iedzīvotāju ienākumu nevienlīdzība ir aktuāla tēma gan ekonomistu, gan politikas veidotāju vidū. Pēdējos gados problēma ir kļuvusi nozīmīga arī Baltijas valstīs, kur nevienlīdzības rādītāji ir salīdzinoši augsti. Covid-19 pandēmija 2020. gadā ietekmēja valstu ekonomisko darbību, palielināja bezdarbu un samazināja daudzu cilvēku ienākumus, tāpēc pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot, kā Covid-19 pandēmija ir ietekmējusi arī Baltijas valstu iedzīvotāju ienākumu nevienlīdzību. Flow injection-chemiluminescence determination of octyl dimethyl PABA in sunscreen formulations

Abstract A sensitive flow injection (FI) procedure was developed for the determination of the UV-filter octyl dimethyl PABA in sunscreen formulations based on its chemiluminescence (CL) induced by potassium permanganate in sulfuric acid. Both second-order and log–log calibration graphs can be used to perform the analysis. Ninety injections per hour can be carried out, which means a sample throughput of 18 h −1 if five injections per solution are performed. The limit of detection (3 σ ) was 25 ng ml −1 . This essay examines Pablo Avecilla’s Hamlet, an ‘imitation’ of Shakespeare’s tragedy of the prince of Denmark published in 1856, both in its own terms and in the historical context of its publication. This Shakespearean adaptation has been negatively judged as preposterous and unworthy of comment, but it deserves to be approached as what it claimed to be, a free handling of the Shakespearean model, and as responding to its own cultural moment.
